Camp by Walmart feat. LeBron James

Although the coronavirus pandemic has put a halt to most summer camp festivities, families who aren’t able to send their kids away can instead partake in Walmart’s celebrity-hosted virtual camp. The online camp, which launched July 8, 2020 can be accessed through the Walmart app under “Camp by Walmart.” It will be hosted by actor Neil Patrick Harris, who is serving as head camp counselor, and has 100 interactive episodes that lead to 150 activities to keep users occupied.

I directed NBA star LeBron James as he’s leading participants through mental and physical activities with help from his I PROMISE School educators.

I also consulted “Smarts and Crafts”, an interactive show where fashion designer Todd Oldham’s teaches campers about creativity through the lens of arts, crafts and fashion

Produced and developed in partnership with CAMP, a Family Experience Company, and powered by the interactive video platform eko. Each professional is stepping outside of their day job to serve as camp counselors, leading kids through sessions varying from arts and crafts to fitness and other activities to keep them active and entertained.
